Jag var rätt sugen, men det är att betala för mycket. Men en sauna talade till hjärtat. :)


Located a few tram stops from Namesti Miru in Vrsovice (one of the best neighborhoods in Prague!), right across the border from Vinohrady, close to nice parks, a great and affordable Thai restaurant, English language bookstore, bars, grocery, etc. all within walking distance. Quick access to trams 4, 22, 23 or 6, 7, 24, or walk up to Vinohrady to catch 10, 16, or 11; night trams also available: 57, 55, 51.

About the flat, it's a HUGE, 250 m2, top floor of a secure building with a lift, hardwood and tile floors, skylight windows, beautifully furnished (not cheap IKEA stuff). There's a large entry hall, sitting room with working fireplace, dining room, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker and DISHWASHER), separate laundry room with clothes WASHING MACHINE and drying racks, two clean and modern bathrooms each with bathtub and shower, and finally the coup de grace, a REAL JACUZZI (not just an oversized bathtub) and a Finnish-style walk-in SAUNA.

Flat is fully furnished. Each bedroom has large bed, wardrobe/closet, etc. The bedrooms range in size, which is reflected in the price of each room. There is easy street parking if you have a car.

There are three bedrooms available for rent from February 1:

1st (largest) bedroom is on its own floor with a private staircase, entry area with closet and chest of drawers, enormous bed, large window seat, AIR-CONDITIONING, truly luxurious.

2nd bedroom is spacious, sunny, single bed, wardrobe, side table, etc.

3rd (smallest) bedroom is sunny and very cute, single bed, desk, chair, small bookcase, separate closet, etc.

All of the bedrooms are spaced out, so everyone gets lots of privacy, plus the flat is enormous, so it's like living alone except there are occasionally other cool people around, plus great bonuses like the at-home jacuzzi and sauna.

Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity), high speed WIFI internet, phone line (standing charges only), regular cleaning service, and at home yoga lessons or help with your Czech if you want it.

I am a girl, studying at FAMU (the film school in Prague). I speak English, Czech, French, and some other languages. I'm involved with a lot of creative projects besides filmmaking, including music, dance, writing, etc. so creative people (writers, musicians, filmmakers, actors, dancers, artists, acrobats, etc.) are definitely welcome!

Rent (including all utilities, internet, and regular cleaning service):
1st bedroom: 13,000 Kc
2nd bedroom: 11,500 Kc
3rd bedroom: 10,500 Kc

All three rooms are available from February 1.
