Dawn of a bleak day
the recent past filled with
hope and despair
Moments when soaring in the sky
but also moments when
the darkest abyss isnt deep enough
Thrown between joy and lamentation
tears have touched my cheek
mind drained and completely exhausted
Physical wounds never hurt like this
